通過對《劍橋雅思真題》1-7的分析，并結(jié)合各位雅思考生的考試回憶后發(fā)現(xiàn)，雅思聽力內(nèi)容中涉及了很大程度的國外文化背景知識的先容。雅思聽內(nèi)容主要是圍繞著在英國或澳大利亞的生活和學(xué)習(xí)展開的。比如Section1&2一般以生活場景為主，如：租房、口試、旅游等。在Section1中，最常出現(xiàn)的場景有：租房場景(house renting)，經(jīng)常會涉及到房屋樣式(house type)、付款方式(ways of payment)、周邊環(huán)境(environment)、內(nèi)部設(shè)施(facilities)、房客的住房要求(requirements)及房東的租房規(guī)則(house rules)等話題討論。而section 3&4則一般是以學(xué)習(xí)場景和科普內(nèi)容為主。比如在section 3中，常見的場景包括：新學(xué)校先容，課程安排先容，選課咨詢。內(nèi)容經(jīng)常涉及：學(xué)校設(shè)施 (teaching facilities)和師資氣力(teacher resources)的先容，學(xué)生或教授關(guān)于一個(gè)課題的研究(course research)，調(diào)查報(bào)告(survey)，論文(dissertation)和學(xué)習(xí)方法(learning methods)的討論。

租房的規(guī)律為：離市中心越近，房價(jià)越高，位置稍偏，價(jià)錢會比較有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：

主要是在課外研究一些小的項(xiàng)目，小的調(diào)查研究，包括對學(xué)校里各個(gè)地方，食品(咖啡，小吃)等的價(jià)格的比較，這些看似不屑一顧的東西，這也是與文化背景有關(guān)系的，外國人注重人的實(shí)踐能力。

這部分主要注意聽力，特別關(guān)注的是研究方法、方法優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、研究步驟、個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)等。
